I just find out why Edit Patron info won´t work! It is the Country code!When I inserted SI for Slovenia, and 4 digit code for ZIP, it showed database error. But when I inserted NJ and 5 digit ZIP code, Patron ID was added to database.
How should I use other Countries and ZIP codes?

in your documentation on Edit your patron info is form to fulfill personal info.
But on my page is only empty dropdown with Set your patron ID number button.I will check webserver error log…
