2.7 isn’t anywhere but 2.4 can be rolled back by using the plugin. try that . it also works. or else read my prev comments. it might help you out.update the version 2.9.1 and try uninstalling conflicting plugin. in my case mega-menu was conflicting . i disabled it and my problem got resolved.

In reply to: [Menu Image, Icons made easy] Menu Image with problemthanks to the developer for fixing the issue. earlier newer version wasn’t working with my theme . after researching i got to know that mega-menu is conflicting with the plugin. i disabled it and now it’s working fine.
