    Hello, sorry I am a beginner at this! My contact form looks a little different to yours.. it has a form builder component and an email notification page component. The form builder component allows me to input name, email, website (drop down) and comments. The email notification component is not a requirement to amend. I then get the choice to “add this form to post”.

    Mail (item 6) is the email notifications component mentioned above? This simply asks for email address and subject line.

    Sorry, does this help at all? I really don’t know what to do. There is a limited area for me to amend the contact form as some of the sections are pre-set. I have tried deleting and replacing etc but nothing works. It is very frustrating as it did work for a couple of weeks! Thanks again,
