For those having the same problem I figured it out.
At the top where it says “Show All Languages” – you need to just select all languages instead of a single language from the drop down menu.
Then you can go into the post and specify the Translation Profile in the Lingotek Translation box on the right hand side.
This will make them visible when you select a specific language.
