Wordpress use this numbers as name https://kinopress.am/?p=11469
But when I named article in English WordPress converted it into link. Then I used Russian in new article and WordPress didn’t understand it. So I think there’s something with WordPress.
You can try one word in theree diferent languages – կինո – кино – film. I faced with this problem only now. In past WordPress worked very well. I didn’t even change the settings, just updated.
Update.
To check this, I rolled the site back and everything worked, Worpdress again understood Armenian

Actually that new link I wrote by myself, because I needed to post that article but WordPress even didn’t convert Armenian into latin letters… only numbers. I will try some moves with plugins
Update. Nope, it didn’t help. I disabled theme and plugins but nothing moved on
