I have sent a Request support and posted my system status as requested but I have had no response.
The problem seems to be related to the blocks view. When I use the classic shortcode cart and checkout the issue is not there. Which is a disapointing because I really like the express checkout section on the blocks view so I would really like it resolved

Hi this has now been resolved. It seems it wasn’t Updates manager causing the issue (sorry guys). In the wordpress updates page, at the bottom, translations needed updating.
