I have read the guide and it is exactly what I do – up to the point where it says this: “From here, upload the PDF file you want to embed or choose an existing one from your Media Library, then click Select“
The problem being when I open the Media Library it does NOT show any pdfs – as shown on the screenshot sequence I sent you previously.
This means I have to use a different plugin to create new pages with an embedded PDF, but I have to keep PDF-Embedder otherwise the pages created previously using it do not display the PDF
Would it help if I created a password for you to access our website so you can try it?

- I am using view all media items
- I am using pdf embedder ((bottom of the whole block selector panel
I quoted simply drag and drop because that’s part of the pdf embedder spiel for their product. But it’s not possible to drag and drop from the media store while editing a page, only from one’s computer, hence the unusable result.
