Quick update.
Got it working now. For some reasons, the setup was different on subdomains (Pages and Posts were not checked).
Thanks you all for your patience.
Might be a good idea to have the same default setup for all subinstall tho.

Nevermind my database was corrupted (‘wp_posts’ was missing primary index thus not generating ID).
Thanks for the quick headsup!
It only creates the attachment in wp_posts but nothing in wp_postmeta.
