    Ok I’ll take a look at the pages code in dreamweaver tomorrow and see what I can do. I’ll post back either way – thanks for the lead Jarret.

    I mean maybe but I need the lightbox for my galleries …

    If I’m screwed is there another way to post my image links without the lightbox feature – for instance turning it off on a per page basis by getting at the code? I could drop it in dreamweaver or something …

    The best option would be to access your server via “FTP”, go into your Dreamhost cPanel, and under “FTP” write down the username and password or create a new one. Next download filezilla (free) and install and run it. Type your website into the host field, and then your username and password. Your media library should be located here:

    public_html -> wp-content -> uploads

    You can then grab them all from there. A second option is to go into your Dreamhost cPanel, to go “file manager” and navigate to the same place, but instead of double clicking on “uploads” to look inside, click on it once and choose “download” or “compress” along the top bar of your window. If it won’t let you download the open folder then once you “compress” that folder you will see a file called “uploads.zip” or “uploads.rar” – you can choose that file and download it. If you have to compress it be patient, it could take a half hour or more if your files are huge.

    After you have them you can put them back the same way you got them in the new directory … the only difference being instead of “compressing” you will “extract” or “unzip” that folder.

    Hope this helps!

    Also make sure your post isn’t set to “private” or “pending review/draft”

    Silly question but when you write your lines do you hit enter or shift+enter? Just hitting enter gives a line break … if you haven’t tried it you might want to put your spacing settings back to default and see if that gets them close enough together.

    Have you considered a slider plugin? Many are free such as Revolution and EZ Slider.
