I use Opera 32.0 and I had that issue, exac as tsoto111’s screenshot.
And strange enough, there’s no issue on Chrome 45..!
(no adjustments made on Chrome)
Since it ‘fixes itself’, it seems to be an image rendering issue.
Like there’s not enough memory/cpu to process it properly.
This happened on a new WordPress project with no plugins installed – at all.
So I deleted the WP installation and reinstalled it a couple of times.
Same thing over & over.
I presumed it was a 4.3.1 issue – which appeared a couple of days after the release. But since ‘half’ of users have it on Opera & the other ‘half’ on Chrome, seems like some sort of mystery….
