Now it works again, just had to adjust the settings to the old ones, otherwise the same issue would have stayed. The core issue was in my case, that the she-header class and the added styling to the container was not removed after scrolling up. When I removed it manually in the dev tools of my browser, it worked.
It is in a password secured development area at the moment, so I can just share images with you. This is how it looks like on page access:
And this is how it looks after scrolling, the header is stuck half way on the screen and does not move anymore:
I did the whole debugging and still stays like this, on both views. As I said, I have noticed that the she-header class does not get toggled anymore as it was before.
