    Thank you!
Do you have any suggestion on how could I fix it?

Hi! First of all, thank you for the reply.
Yes, the data you received was from my site, but I didn’t answer the points because I was double checking my Analytics configuration as I suspect that there’s some problem there and that I did some mistale and it’s not a problem of sitekit.
At the same time when I tried other plugins like Exactmetrics, the data shown were correct!

    1) The data were submitted
    2) figures are indeed similar. I think the problem is here, site kit is not showing the Ga4 data but ‘old’ data. I think the image show what I mean. I think it might be due to some mistake in my GA configuration

please note that GA4 is connected to the UA (or at least I think so)

    3) Yes the snippet was inserted manually when I took the screenshot. I tried different settings to see if that changed anything. Now I went back with the GA4 snippet inserted by site kit

I found out what the problem was. Apparently the instagram embed only works if you use the shortcode, like [instagram url=https://www.instagram.com/p/BGOUjiwvGUr/]
It doesn’t if you use the full, long, embed code you get from instagram that looks like this:

    <div style=”padding:8px;”> <div style=” background:#F8F8F8; line-height:0; margin-top:40px; padding:38.6111111111% 0; text-align:center; width:100%;”> <div style=” background:url(data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAACwAAAAsCAMAAAApWqozAAAABGdBTUEAALGPC/xhBQAAAAFzUkdCAK7OHOkAAAAMUExURczMzPf399fX1+bm5mzY9AMAAADiSURBVDjLvZXbEsMgCES5/P8/t9FuRVCRmU73JWlzosgSIIZURCjo/ad+EQJJB4Hv8BFt+IDpQoCx1wjOSBFhh2XssxEIYn3ulI/6MNReE07UIWJEv8UEOWDS88LY97kqyTliJKKtuYBbruAyVh5wOHiXmpi5we58Ek028czwyuQdLKPG1Bkb4NnM+VeAnfHqn1k4+GPT6uGQcvu2h2OVuIf/gWUFyy8OWEpdyZSa3aVCqpVoVvzZZ2VTnn2wU8qzVjDDetO90GSy9mVLqtgYSy231MxrY6I2gGqjrTY0L8fxCxfCBbhWrsYYAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC); display:block; height:44px; margin:0 auto -44px; position:relative; top:-22px; width:44px;”></div></div> <p style=” margin:8px 0 0 0; padding:0 4px;”> Jerash vecchia e nuova * Old and new Jerash *latergram</p> <p style=” color:#c9c8cd; font-family:Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:17px; margin-bottom:0; margin-top:8px; overflow:hidden; padding:8px 0 7px; text-align:center; text-overflow:ellipsis; white-space:nowrap;”>Una foto pubblicata da Patrick Colgan (@colgan78) in data: <time style=” font-family:Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:17px;” datetime=”2016-12-15T16:41:22+00:00″>15 Dic 2016 alle ore 08:41 PST</time></p></div>

    <script async defer src=”//platform.instagram.com/en_US/embeds.js”></script>

In that case will only show a blank space (at least in my blog)
I edited all the posts containing instagram embeds and now they look fine

I fixed it, the trouble was caused by a badly set up plugin (which doesn’t involve videos at all, it’s the Iubenda plugin which shows a privacy policy as required by the italian law).

    thank you
