the slider (changing pictures) is made by me (using adobe flash) and is only put there as an example of how i want the final version to look, the theme has been custom made by me. I’m more used to using dreamweaver rather than wordpress, which is how i created the content that is on the left side, but i want the content to change whenever i add new posts to those three catagories. Sorry if it’s not very clear what I mean.

it’s not a problem i’m having with the theme, just wanted to know what woud be the best plugin or code to use to achieve what i wanted.
