Hi @sygnoossupport, sorry for replying today.

It is weird, but my boss entered with a different user to the WP-Admin Panel, and she did not have the problem that I had, we don’t know why, but she was able to set up the pop-up properly.

I guess the mistery of why it wasn’t working and how to fix it will remain, but at least it works now!

Hi @sygnoossupport, thank you for your reply, I will ask you for 4-5 days to provide you an answer as I have to ask to my boss for permission to deactivate plugins and themes, and then do the check.
