    Hi Shahin,

    Thank you for your reply.

OK, I understand. However, to finish this thread, I will add that the problem is not with Elementor, but with the Elementor add-on that OceanWP created. I am talking about the widget that you sell in a bundle with others, called WOO – PRODUCTS. This is your product. This widget cannot retrieve a text string with a SHORT PROODUCT DESCRIPTION from the mysql database and display it. It seems trivial and interestingly, a third-party widget can do it, so it is possible. Unfortunately, Elementor manufacturer widgets do not allow this either. I thought that the OceanWP community would benefit from an additional way to inform customers of a store based on OceanWP, Elementor and WooCommerce about the advantages of the product, which can increase conversion. Today’s e-commerce customers are terribly impatient, they want to get information quickly, without unnecessary clicking. The OceanWP theme advertises itself as ideal for creating an online store, right “out of the box”, but in the meantime there are some shortcomings. The seemingly trivial display of text with a SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT is now becoming a big problem.

    Best regards,

    Krzysztof
