Hello (@jessepearson), thanks for your reply.
with all plugins disabled (except woocommerce), problem remains.
    .. and with template storefront.

Thank you very much for your fast answer.

Unfortunately existant ID numbers aren’t in an exact sequence. Therefore it is important that the original ID stay unchanged during the import so that the relationship with the secondary keys of the other components stay unchanged too.

Is it possible to do it this way? (i.e. import maintaining the orginal ID)

Otherwise can you tell me what part of the plugin insert the IDs so that i can modify that to use it?

    Hello,
Congratulations and thank you for your plugin.

I’d like to ask you some questions:
I changed template of an online site into a local one and I’d like to import orders from the first one to the second one. During some tests I occupied the IDs correspondant to the original orders’ number .

    – Would it be possibile to overwrite the orders ID when I import them? I’m sure they’re empty but “not available” because I used and deleted them during the import tests.
    – If this isn’t possbile, can I maintain the original orders’ number with a new ID (if woocommerce permits it)?
    – Eventually, can you give me some tips to resolve the problem of the occupied IDs?

    Thank you!
    Paolo

    Hi Diego
Thank you so much for your quick reply.

unfortunately I can’t use “duplicator”. I have to insert the old data on a new installation with a new template developed offline

so I have updated the data as you indicated me 😉
    very very good!!

    Thanks again.
    best regards and good work
    Paolo
