I have the same exact issues. I deleted the rss strings in the wp-options table as another suggested but it didn’t fix it.
Deactivated all plugins too but still no go.
Reinstalled wordpress (not deleting wp-content of course)
Still no luck
I’ve reinstalled wordpress 2.8.4 (deleted everything except the wp-contents folder but still no luck.
I did the changes to the wp-options table… deleting the rows with the rss-xxxx description
still no go
can’t post or save drafts
