You need to put the word screen under the name and the url should be the link that is presented at the bottom in your medial library. Just do a straight copy and pasted.
Hi there- I had the same thing happen to me today and I researched it and made some changes. Try deactivating the Jetpack and deleting it out of your plugins. I made sure all of my plugins were deactivated too. I then went to the post I had done and went to edit. Go to the Screen Options drop down and it should be there. What a cluster – I spent 3 hours on it – unfortunately I love this theme and didn’t want to leave it (perseverance pays off) Good luck!
