This is a common issue on WordPress.org due to the fact that the servers on which the previewing scripts run, are often overwhelmed. It has nothing to do with the theme itself, which is lightweight.

In reply to: [DMS] Ony edit with Chrome?The DMS Editor was built with Google Chrome in mind due to the fact that Chrome is one of the best web browsers out there and its architecture allowed PageLines to build the editor on top of it.
Google Chrome is only needed for the editor to work, the theme works seamlessly in all other browsers out there.

The issue was with the WordPress.org servers – it’s a highly specialized multisite install and errors can pop up.
Everything is fine now, the preview works.

We just tested WordPress 3.8.1 with DMS 1.0.3.5 (latest versions) and it works – clean install, straight out of the box.
Can you tell us exactly which options you’ve changed in wp_options? Blank pages are usually PHP errors, so it might have something to do with your hosting solution 🙂

In reply to: [Customizr] Menu Items Not LinkingThere is no issue, this is done by design.The Getting Started, About us, Nutrition and Resources all act the same. This is because, (as far as I can tell) your themes navigation appears to be based on the navigation design of Bootstrap.
Where all parent menu items that contain sub menus (drop downs) will no longer be a link, instead they will be an anchor to activate the sub menu.
