your plugin is working great and is very simple to use (in fact the best I’ve found for this kink of things).
When you use WPML every page is copied into every language you use.
For example you set a master language (EN) and you have another language (FR). Every page you create (in english) might be translated in French. And the plugin comes with a tools whoch syncronise your menus in every lang. Let say you’ve made a menu with 3-4 of your (english) pages WPML will create a new menu for your french content switching every english page to it’s french copy.
When doing that the meta fields for the menu item are copied too (like the class field for example). If I use you plugin the image set for my main menu aren’t copied. Moreover if I manually switch to the french menu and add manually the same images to the french menu elements, it will be deleted the next time I use the WPML syncronise menu.

So if you were searching for a way to improve your plugin… 😉
You would be the only “WPML compliant” menu image plugin.
