Thank you for the support.
- When attempting to connect Jetpack from within my WordPress dashboard, I still receive the following error:
“The registration secret sent by your site is empty. (Status 500)”
- When I run the Jetpack Debug Tool at https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug, it now returns:
“Unknown error”
This previously reported XML-RPC issues, but the error has changed.
My host has confirmed XML-RPC is functioning correctly (curl returns the expected “Hello!” response), and I’ve already:
- Disabled all plugins except Jetpack
- Switched to the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme
- Cleared Jetpack-related options and transients from the database
- Verified
.htaccess is clean and no firewall or security software is blocking connections
