If I Link to http://www.burgessroad.info/blog/ and I understand this correctly, that will utilize the wordpress system set up by the 3rd party thru Ipage.

It will not need to utilize the wordpress file setup in accordance with the instruction i.e. “I have downloaded WordPress and installed it into a directory [blog]within my site’s structure and have uploaded that directory files to the server.” as proscribed by the instruction(cited above) and now located at http://www.burgessroad.info/blog.html

Am I correct in that assumption?
