I also experience the same problem.
Probably Mailpoet is using an older version of the ActionScheduler package. I need to deactivate Mailpoet until you fix it.
I am having the same issue. login URL doesn’t change.
I also got a problem related to the .htaccess.
ERROR: Unable to get access to the file …/public_html/.htaccess
ERROR: Unable to get access to the file …/public_html/wp-content/uploads/.htaccess
Could those two issues be related?
