After a week of searching I finally found someone in the same situation:
http://www.howtoforge.com/apache2-mod_fcgid-http-request-length-exceeds-maxrequestlen

The solution is to add FcgidMaxRequestLen 51200000 directive…

Definitely a server config problem not wordpress 🙂

I just removed “WP subdomain (revisited)” plugin and installed http://wordpress.org/plugins/subdomains/

Working fine now 🙂
The issue was simply coming from the other plugin 🙂
