In reply to: [Easy Modal] Using with Woocommerce Attibutes' Name?dannieliser,
This is nothing close to the answer I was looking for, nor does it reflect my question.
For anyone else reading – I just used Woocommerce Product Add-ons, and it allows me to add html next to the variation descriptions.
For some odd reason, it doesn’t work well with Easy Modal, even with version 3. So, I had to use a different plugin.
Oh well.

In reply to: [Easy Modal] Using with Woocommerce Attibutes' Name?*Any time I add the modal code under Woocommerce’s “Name:” section (http://imgur.com/JeiqfCR) the modal code is not inserted into the product page.

In reply to: [Easy Modal] Using with Woocommerce Attibutes' Name?danieliser,
I’m just wanting to take this in Woocommerce – http://i.imgur.com/yG9Dygf.jpg
And add a modal link where it says “Material” and “Suit Buttons” and so on. Here’s a picture (http://i.imgur.com/YycoTtN.jpg) and the link to an example of several online shops have (http://www.landsend.com/products/mens-traditional-fit-sail-rigger-pattern-contrast-collar-oxford-shirt/id_276285).

<a href="http://imgur.com/JeiqfCR">http://imgur.com/JeiqfCR</a>, the modal code is not inserted into the product page. From what I can tell, it seems that WordPress strips HTML from taxonomies by default – http://docs.woothemes.com/document/allow-html-in-term-category-tag-descriptions/
This would be VERY useful for Woocommerce stores. If you need more information, please let me know.
Also, thank you for taking the time to answer my questions!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Inserting HTML in attribute name area?I see that the problem is WordPress strips the HTML by default in the taxonomies. Anyone know how to apply this to my situation? http://docs.woothemes.com/document/allow-html-in-term-category-tag-descriptions/

In reply to: pets and breeders websiteno not woo wordpress,,, i’m on a learning curb trying to figure WP out
We’ve all been there. Just read the instructions twice and do it right the first time. You might want to also search YouTube for some install videos.
Once you’re up an running on the initial install it’s pretty easy to add Woocommerce and other plugins.

In reply to: pets and breeders websitei just installed it but everything is not showing. I have not installed Woo yet
Install what? So, you criticize Woocommerce without even using it?

In reply to: pets and breeders websitethanks for the reply. I dont want any payment on here just away to post the dogs or puppies for sell. Can the payment system be removed? or hidden?
There is no requirement for payment modules, and you can delete the Shopping Cart, My Account, and various other pages associated with Woocommerce.
You can also add this plugin for calling for price – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-call-for-price/
That sidebar uses same css for all the pages. This is the sole purpose of the widget to help me hide the widget but it only hidden the content from it, this is why I’m asking for help 🙂
I know, that’s why maybe you should install a plugin to inject some CSS code to completely hide the widget background?
Use Google Chrome and inspect the elements, search for the widget and then add the CSS code to hide it.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Make it SnowDid you opt-in? https://wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack-holiday-snow-opt-in/
If you already did, then I say it’s time for another plugin:
You might want to inject some CSS code on that particular page to hide the widget.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Google integrationI can’t comment on this specific plugin as I haven’t used it before. I have used similar ones before though.
I am trying to understand if Google local will grab these reviews
“There are many sites that are crawling for user-generated reviews now, including Google Places and Google Local Search.“
I would assume that would be a yes.
and if so how that works (I don’t need too many technical details)
“WP Customer Reviews allows you to setup a specific page on your blog to receive customer testimonials for your business/service OR to write reviews about multiple products (using multiple pages).”
More or less, it uses Google’s API’s when posting and fetching reviews.
Here’s another plugin you can try if it doesn’t work – https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-places-reviews/

In reply to: pets and breeders websiteThere are a few ways to got about this.
If it’s just one location/breeder selling animals, I would use Woocommerce and just modify the Cheque / Cash on Demand to reflect how you want the checkout process to go.
If it’s multiple breeders across a large area, I would use a real estate plugin. I would then simply either remove and/or modify certain tags within the plugin. For instance, change the ‘Bedrooms’ to either animal type (Dog/Cat) and so on.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce] unable to print invoicesDid you recently update WordPress or Woocommerce? I’ve noticed it stopped working when I upgraded a few times back. I did a fresh install and it fixed it.
