In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce EmailI am having this same issues and have for months – and just came here to post the same question. I went through everything support told me to do, the email is correct in all instances and properly checked to send, the logging app says they’re being successfully sent, no errors. It was working perfectly fine, then just stopped (I would guess after one of the plugin updates). I receive ONLY the stock alert emails (which are set to go to the same email as the order alerts) and I’m not entirely convinced my customers are receiving their emails either, as I’ve had several say they didn’t get a confirmation. So incredibly frustrating – only way I know I have an order for sure is if they pay via PayPal (which sends me a notice) or I manually check-in to the admin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Field not showing upWell, I decided to try an experiment – and add the books to the deck field products, and that’s working. So I’m just going to do that as a workaround for now. The main difference I’m seeing is that the list of products under the deck field says “or” in between them. And that’s not how the book list looks. So maybe something went wonky when the list was created.
