I have deactivated and reactivated the plug, cleared transients and cache. Still no luck.

There are no options to turn on debug that I can find? The only option in the plug in is to connect to facebook. https://snipboard.io/3VuE4i.jpg

I should have listed that in the processes I’ve already tried. I tried again just for good luck and still “External Business ID is missing”
