I have performed the above and the result is the same I am afraid. Our site is also hosted on HostPapa so I have raised a support ticket like everyone else on the other post. There appears to be a large issue.

In reply to: Edit Page not updating or savingI also have the same issue and with HostPapa. Ive raised two tickets as it seems to take 12 – 14 hours to get a response. It’s a big issue by the looks! Pretty disappointed to be honest with HostPapa’s support.
I seem to have all kinds of issues with the custom html field.
If you select ‘visual’ the text vanishes and if I return to ‘text’ the content is then gone also. after a few refreshes of the page the text will return but only in the ‘text’ option.Thank you for your response.
There does not appear to be an option when i have this field open. Can you let me know what it is meant to look like or which button is the colour option?
