Getting this error with WordPress 5.5.1, plugin works fine on 5.3.4. After installing “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” as responses above suggest I can at least click on the “Upload a file” button and other buttons but still can’t import, a new error “Cannot read property ‘top’ of undefined” shows in the console.
