In reply to: [Page Builder by SiteOrigin] Circle Icon QtranslateNot sure if it will help, but just in case! The only way I’ve been able to get code to work on the front end of my site is through the text widget. Is that the one you’re using to insert it in the page?

In reply to: [Page Builder by SiteOrigin] Too Many Pictures Clogging Backend of Site?It looks like Black Studio does solve that problem! Hooray!!
As I’ve kept working using your program, I’ve been keeping a running list of some things that I think would be really helpful to people creating larger pages while using it. They aren’t really questions, but rather, wishes… I don’t know if you’re interested, or if this is the right place to post that? Do let me know if you are.All the best!

In reply to: [Page Builder by SiteOrigin] Too Many Pictures Clogging Backend of Site?Thank you so much Greg. I’m super impressed and excited about what you’ve done here. It is miles faster, and although there is still a small delay on our largest pages, I think it’s workable.
Can I ask one more question? Is there any way to not have to copy-paste or write short code every time I want to add bold to my words in a text widget? I am constantly adding a section of text from our old site, and need to bold several words from it, because it doesn’t copy the format automatically, but not all of the words at once. It would be amazing to be able to just highlight and click the “b” button!Once again, thanks a million for the new-found speed!! If I can help you with testing any way, aside from what I’m doing on our site let me know!

In reply to: [Page Builder by SiteOrigin] Too Many Pictures Clogging Backend of Site?Hi Greg, thanks so much for offering to look into it.
I am building a completely new website for the small business I work for, because the old one is very outdated (from 2001). http://www.outwestsaddlery.com/index.html
Some of the pages, which don’t contain too many photos work great using SOPB, but ones such as our “past made chinks” page http://www.outwestsaddlery.com/html/past_made_chinks.html is very photo-heavy. The owner of the company would really like to preserve the look/feel of larger photos on one page, in a more updated fashion than the old website. Trying to achieve this has been my main stumbling point, because our customers need to be able to see our examples easily, in order to make choices on what they would like in their own order, which means that a thumbnail/gallery makes extra, unwanted steps for their user experience, if they have to navigate through a lightbox with 100-200 pics, for the largest pages. Page Builder is perfect in so many ways, because of the amount of control I can have in the layout, but this aspect of it is really, really holding me up.
This is a page on the new site, that I am happy with layout-wise, although I would like to fine-tune some of the image sizes, more.
http://outwestsaddlery.com/wordpress/saddles-and-access/saddles-stockYour thoughts on all of this are most welcome!!
I do have some other plugins. Some I have installed to try and find an alternate solution to page builder, and some for other reasons.
I have Akismet, Justified Image Grid, Motopress, Nexgen Gallery, Nexgen tinyMCE Photo Description, Updraft Plus, and ultimateTinyMCE (I was trying to find a way to not have to past in CSS every time I want to add bold text or a link, which I have also never solved..)Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Changing Widget Text Color using Site Origin's Page Builder??Wow. You are my official hero of the day.
Can you just tell me the proper way to resize fonts, too?
I took a wild guess and tried <span style=”color:red;font-style:italic;font-size:48;”>
…Haha. But it didn’t work…?
