I have this same request. To answer your question about why someone would need this …. we have a number of other add-ons to woocommerce such as advanced reporting, follow-on emails, advanced customer records none of which will show any information about a customers donation with give. While I agree that making a donation simple through a one page checkout is optimal, I need to be able to provide customer reports – containing all of their actions on our site – to the customers, our constituents and our bookkeepers.
