Nope. WP-Optimize and PNG images started working after I deactivated it and then re-uploaded images into media library and then activated WP-Optimize back.

I disabled other plugins one by one (except WooCommerce, Bambora, Contact Form 7 and Tawk.to) and the same error message stayed there.
