Thank you for your reply and your suggestion.

I knew about this possibility, via phpMyAdmin (it’s still not a risk-free solution), but I wondered if it’s possible that WooCommerce could be at the origin of this absurd situation… and I can’t find any reasonable cause.

Just to clarify, could you check if you are on the latest version of WordPress 5.8.2, Yoast SEO 17.8, and the latest version of your other plugins and themes?

yes, I confirm it.

and the latest version of your other plugins and themes?

This I cannot confirm, in the sense that I cannot be sure that at the exact moment the error reported in the log occurred, there were plugins waiting for an update.

What I can say is that I keep all the components of the site updated regularly.

Finally I have now started new “Do workout again”.

Is there anything else you advise me to do?

Thanks for your answer.

I have do some test with your plugin, but it does not solve the issue 🙁

In an inexplicable way, I some sites, if I set my backups to my DropBox # 1 (PLUS) it don’t work and I give error, while if I set the destination to my DropBox # 2 (FREE), it work fine, without any problem. 🙁

Hi @mossifer,
I’m afraid it’s a Plugin problem, because I have test other plugins for backups (like UpdraftPlus), and I have no problems with DropBox PLUS.
I hope the problem between BackWPup and DropBox will be fix from BackWPup side.

Yes @duongcuong96,
I agree it’s strange.

This is the situation. I use BackWPup on about twenty sites. The backups are sent to my DropBox (PLUS) account. With the latest updates, and the authentication problem you have already talked about in other posts, on some of my sites, despite having renewed the authentication, the backups on DropBox failed. I then redirected the backups to my second DropBox account (Free), and there they work.

Finally, it must be said that if I go back to redirecting the backups of my DropBox PLUS, I get an error again.

Strange… yes strange 🙁

I’m not sure how you found that plugin or theme as I could only find a storefront that might be a demo page or something. Made very little sense to me.

yes, it seems to me that you are right.
I contacted Enfold Theme support (Kriesi.at) and am awaiting their reply.

PS: I regularly bought the theme on Themeforest 🙂
and WooCommerce is a free plugin on wordpress.org
