I think it´s a problem of my hosting TOWEBS.
They use a panel cala HAITI and when u create the base don´t let you asign permissions.
What is very strange is that the wp admin let me do somethings and another not. But the things that let me do now, in a while dont let me more! WTF

i have not read your full post yet, but i allready tried to move the folder to the root directory, but i think my problem is that my ISP don´t use “index” but use “default”.

I´ve tried to rename de file index.php (from wordpress) to default.php but seems do not work.
