I’m trying a different approach – I see that he also had a plugin called MailPoet 2. But I wasn’t able to activate it. Could it be that the subscriber lists are stored in the older plugin?
I downloaded the plugin and recovered the account, but the Subscribers list is empty.
How can that be?Thank you for your response. I understand, but my question is whether, if I create an account with the same email, the old list will be restored. Since I had a large list, I can only find out if I open a paid account. If you tell me that it will be restored, then I’ll definitely open a new one.
I saw that you responded me to try reinstalling the MailPoet plugin. so I did it but for activate the acount I need the key and my customer can not find it. So i dont mide to pay again i just need the list that was in this site newsletter
