Dear @wpmudev-support7 thanks for getting back to me. Actually it started working again yesterday. As previously mentioned I re ceeated both email notifications in the form.

it was weird that after deleting a radio option from a form field for a couple of hours, email notifications stopped working.

I don’t know if the two events are correlated…

UPDATE It seems they arrive very very slowly…while before this morning change, they arrived right away…
