No, its been days. In fact, I just deleted the form outright and re-instered it, and configured it just go to my gmail, its working right away. But can’t get my web domain email to work. What else can I do? And it seems there is zero support from Jetpack, good thing I didn’t buy their upgraded plan.

Hi, thank you for the reply. I have triple checked everything, just can’t seem to make it work. I checked all the possible email that are associated with my wordpress account and their spam folder.
In fact, it is because it kept sending all the forms to my gmail account, I decided to change the email address to my web domain email, but nothing.
I’m curious, are there Jetpack support? I always appreciated Bluehost support as I can always reach someone, but this is the only thing I can do to contact Jetpack? With this, I am even inviting spam emails from unknown individuals.
