Optimocha@shreyaam I really wish I could be more helpful but I’m not allowed to ask for credentials:
https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff
Maybe I can help without logging in to wp-admin, can you share the homepage address of your website?
Like I said, @shreyaam, WordPress plugins stop working when they’re deactivated, so there has to be a separate caching layer. If you have Cloudflare or Sucuri as a proxy server, that could also cause this issue.
Maybe to trigger a cache flush, you can delete the widget and add it again.
@shreyaam do you have another performance optimization plugin?
I’m sorry you had trouble @shreyaam! Speed Booster Pack (like most performance optimization plugins) needs meticulous configuration but there are also parts incompatible with some setups. We’re working on a major update which would resolve a lot of conflicts.
In response to your question about lazy load keeping working: Some hosting companies employ their own server-level caching mechanisms that (sometimes) need manual flushing. Since all WordPress plugins stop working when they’re deactivated, I can confidently say that there has to be a separate caching layer and when you flush it, your issue will be fixed.
Hi @tombie,
Nice catch, thank you! Because we anticipated that external links could break, we used redirects from our own website so we wouldn’t have to update the plugin just to update a broken link. So, I just went ahead and found a new tool that we could link to, and updated the redirect – please give it another shot and let me know!

OptimochaHi @orpheus55,
Performance optimization is an ongoing process so you need to reconfigure SBP (and any other perf. opt. plugin, really) every time you make important changes to your website. It usually goes like this:
– Test performance
– Optimize performance
– Make changes whenever
– Test again
– Optimize again
– Make more changes whenever
– Test again
– …Let’s say you generated critical CSS rules for your front page and it improved your front page performance. Then you changed the design of the front page, for example added a new section, replace the hero background, changed some icons’ sizes… When you’re finished, the critical CSS rules need to be generated again. And more reconfugiration might be needed after each change because there are a ton of factors which impact performance – and unfortunately we can’t possibly list them all, or make the confugiration fully automatic.

In reply to: [Speed Booster Pack ⚡ PageSpeed Optimization Suite] OptionsHey @tjalexander70,
Those are very old rows, remnant of SBP v3.x released about 4-5 years ago (even the owner was different). You can safely delete those, but may I ask why did you stop using Speed Booster Pack? Also, did you try (and deactivate) SBP 3.x or 4.x?

In reply to: [Disable Cart Fragments by Optimocha] empty cart issue #2@mcdeth I’m in Türkiye. Connecting to the site via VPN opens but this time, I get blocked by Cloudflare for my AJAX requests (e.g. opening the side-cart).
Although I can see that you’re also using LiteSpeed cache. Do the issues go away when you deactivate LiteSpeed?
