I have the same issue, when I upgrade to the newest version of ad manger, visual editor disappears. Everything is updated to the latest version. When I “downgrade” ad manger to an older version, everything works okee dokee. Problem started occurring several versions of ad manager ago, I have just been using the old version.
I can edit CSS and basic code. I have been playing with CSS but doing me no good so far.
