Ok I will try a Custom CSS,..do you mean to view the WP Live Chat Box Guttenberg Block as HTML and edit the code there? If so,..how would I make the edit to the Guttenberg Block code below?

Or perhaps you mean update via the Dashboard Appearance > Edit CSS > Customizing Additional CSS,…if this is what you mean, how to I write the proper code, do I just paste what you wrote to that empty box? How do I ensure that as you mentioned it loads after other CSS?

Or do I need to place the “hacky” code inside some other code somewhere else via Dashboard?

You are correct, the WP Live Chat Box is in fact sized properly when and AGENT is OFFLINE ( I tested this in both Chrome and Firefox).

However, and there is no way you could have seen this without me being online while you checked my site, but while an AGENT is ONLINE the text box is very tiny, rendering it essentially useless,…you can’t even read the entirety of a single sentence without scrolling up and it doesn’t make for a very pleasant back and forth between AGENT and USER. See my screenshot OF WHAT I SEE FROM USER PERSPECTIVE WHEN AGENT IS ONLINE AND CHATTING https://imgur.com/HidCbvs .

Any ideas how to fix?
