I solve it already.
I restore the default login URL to wp-login.php, then created the staging version, then restore to the custom URL.
After that the staging became recheable by link site.com/%staging_name%/wp-login.php

By the way, maybe it also helps, the Avada theme template is used here and I think that some avada is overriding some woocommerce styling, but I can’t find out how to disable them or override them in child theme.
