Thanks so much, both of you! Menaka, your fix made it work on my Blackberry Z30, but it still wouldn’t work in other browsers, oddly enough. WPHelpout.com, I tried your fix as well, and found that the first part made it work correctly, like this:

.navbar .navbar-inner .nav li {
display: inline;
}}
However, the second part made the child items line up next to their parent items, so that was weird. Between the both of you, I fixed it!!! Thanks again!!
