I installed another clean wordpress 4.7.0 site and problem still exists so I think it’s related with my webserver config.
Unfortunately I disabled all plugins but still, problem exists.
I don’t have lightbox enabled but after upgrading WP to 4.7.2 I also got 404 instead of /wp-json/ data. Nevertheless /wp-json/wp/v2/posts works fine.
