Hi, I have the same problem, I read other threads but I didn’t solve it (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/pdf-not-working-3/#post-17331431; https://wordpress.org/support/topic/download-link-forbidden-2/). How can I remove PDF links from the terms and conditions page?
I have the exact same problem using the same versions too.
I can upload, install and upgrade themes and plugin.
but if I use your very useful plugin appears the same issue:
“Unable to initialize WP_Filesystem. Will not proceed with the upgrade.”
Is there a fix yet?
