But I am issue happened for both login and new customer. Other shipping method can display, only the Flexible Shipping cannot be shown.

Hi, I have the same issue, and I checked the Show only for logged in users haven’t be activated.

Yes, we are using “Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce” https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-template-customizer-for-woo/

We use it to customize the header and footer of emails. What would you suggest we do next?

Here is the current email the customer will receive, which don’t display as what you mention. What can I do?

Also, it doesn’t have the session of partial payment detail.
