There’s an option there that works fine if you log in with a temporary password, but if you log in using the email and password sent to your email, the issue occurs.
hello Moses M,
Thanks for sharing the video, the guest checkout flow is working fine as you showed. The issue is specifically with logged-in customers — when they add products to the cart, log out, and then log in again, the cart becomes empty. This is not happening with guest checkout, only with login-based sessions.
Thank You
Here is the actual issue:
I am using a Flutter application that loads the website inside a WebView. When I reopen the application, the cart becomes empty, but the customer is still logged into the same account.
I also tested this directly in Chrome, and the issue is the same. However, if I completely close Chrome and reopen it, the account is logged out, and I have to log in again.
I am not sure what to do here, and I have been very frustrated with this issue for the last few days. Please check this video for reference:

Hi LovingBro,
Thank you for your guidance. I followed the steps and rolled back WooCommerce to version 10.0.4 using the WP Rollback plugin, cleared both the site cache and browser cache, and then tested the checkout/cart flow again.
Unfortunately, the issue is still persisting on my end.
Thanks
Hi there,
Thank you for the update. I have updated WooCommerce to the latest version (10.1.2) and cleared both the site cache and browser cache as suggested. However, the issue still persists on my end.
Could you please check further or guide me on the next steps to resolve this?
Thanks.
issue is still present i am updating WooCommerce
Hello,

The issue will be visible there. I have enabled WebView in Flutter, and the problem occurs specifically on the checkout page. Initially, I thought the issue was on the app side, but the same flow occurs in Chrome as well. I have also deactivated all plugins by default and tested, yet the issue persists.
Kindly guide me and, if possible, share a snippet of code to resolve this issue.
Thank you.
Hi @lovingbro,
Thanks for guiding me so far. I’ve followed all the steps you mentioned but the issue still persists. I’ve also collected the system status report and a screen recording if you’d like to check.
If it’s easier for you, would you be open to a quick screen-sharing or AnyDesk session so you can directly see the problem on my setup? I completely understand if that’s outside the forum rules, but just wanted to ask in case you’re available.
Thanks again for your time and support!
