Thanks for the info Mike, I will try out some things myself.
Luckily that exists! I had the same issue, but the only thing you have to do is find the “backup settings” part at the bottom. Backup your forms, and re-install the plugin on any site you want. Then again you find the “restore settings” part, and upload the backup file. Everything is back the way it was! Very usefull!
Yess my solution also. Thank you Mike!
I had the same problem, and it was my stupid mistake to turn of the email field, because i wanted it at the bottom of the form and not the top. But obviously, even if you make a own email (text) field, the actual Email field in the form is the one it auto-responds to.
Maybe that is the solution for you also?
I figured it out! Because I disabled the email field (because i wanted it at the end of the page and not on top) the autoresponder could not know which address to mail to. So that was the problem! 🙂
Anyways, perfect plugin and donation is on its way! Thanks Mike!
Hi Mike, thanks for your answer!
There seems nothing wrong with my webhost, it is a dutch host, mijndomein.
I really cant figure out what to do, because it was working fine before, suddenly it stopped working. Just when I was about to release the website 🙁I tried the gmail account, but that should reply on the user’s email, and not to the email address it came from. Unfortunately I don’t know how to auto-reply on the users’s email.
Are there any other options I have? I tried some other form plugins, but they are not as great as this one, and really want to keep using it!
