What version of the plugin do you have? (1.0.1 or 1.0.0)
What is your website?
What is the meeting name that you are trying to create (does it include any special characters)?
When you create a meeting, do you see it present in the list of meetings?

Just to understand, when the page is loaded there are no meetings initially but 2-3 minutes later it displays the table. Right?
I have tested it with WordPress 3.0.4 and I did not encounter any problems. If I had to guess, the page is probably still loading because it is contacting the BBB server to get information about the meetings. Are the wordpress and bbb on the same server? If not doing so could improve performance.
I am the creator of the WordPress plugin, and if you would like to me to take a closer look I will need to access the administrator backend of your WordPress site.
