Thanks again baljit. The issue was caused due another plugin; as soon i deactivated the conflict plugin, Our Process plugin starts work well.
Thanks Baljit now works, yesterday i receive a message about that in mobile devices the plugin doesnt work well.
I checked https://www.circuloamigosdelafilatelia.org/acerca-caf/unetenos/ from my iphone with safari and chrome and confirmed,
