    Hello !

Thanks for your answer, I actually have WooCommerce, but I checked the settings, modified them properly and can’t fix the issue…really there is something really strange as we still receive 10 registration requests everyday however there is no registration form visible nor available on the site: http://afterfootassociation.org/

Status of our configs in back-end wordpress:

    1/ WooCommerce plugin
-> My account page = no page selected
-> “Enable customer registration on the “Checkout” page.” = unticked box
-> “Enable customer registration on the “My account” page = unticked box
-> Login Display returning customer login reminder on the “Checkout” page = unticked box
-> Account creation Automatically generate username from customer email = unticked box
-> Automatically generate customer password = unticked box
=> There is a tick box “Checkout process Enable guest checkout” which is ticket under WooCommerce tab but this seems not related at all don’t you think?

    2/ WP-Members Plugin
-> Content Blocking = Block posts + Block pages
-> All other boxes are then unticked: Show Excerpts, Show Login Form, Show registration form, Notify admin, Moderate registration etc…all unticked

I really don’t get the point…the email notifications we receive are the ones that give the user his credentials for registration approval…

Thanks a lot in advance for your precious help

And also, the “Notify Admin” is properly unticked…

    So 2 issues:
1/ How can users still ask for registration if the form is dactivated and not visible anymore?
2/ How my colleague can still receive notifications if that box is unticked?

Other precision, the registration form/module is not visible anymore in production on our website: http://afterfootassociation.org/

Which is very strange, how users can contact us via the registration form so?

    Thanks again for your help
    Olivier
